These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Serverex Hub.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent;
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms;

3.1 Creating an Account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms. You may view, download, and print content made available through the Platform solely for your personal study and reference.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from Platform content without express written permission;
  • Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization from us;
  • Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform, its servers, or networks;
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or any systems or networks connected to it;
  • Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, index, or collect data from the Platform without our written consent;

  • Sharing your account access or login credentials with any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, seminar materials, and software, is the property of Serverex Hub or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

5.2 License to Users

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational use during the term of your active subscription or enrollment. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any content for commercial purposes.

5.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or upload any content to the Platform, including messages, comments, questions, or materials in discussion forums, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Fees

Access to certain seminars, programs, or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select, including any applicable taxes.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund guidelines, which are communicated at the time of purchase. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Serverex Hub and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or damage resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serverex Hub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
